Cleaning, we employ a fantastic team of professional and trustworthy cleaners. All members of our team have been through and passed our comprehensive training programme. All cleaning products are provided by mjfactor. Our cleaning services are exemplary. We cover full start and end of sesaon cleans, weekly change-over cleans and family home cleans. Our cleaning services can be utilised any day of the week.

Laundry, this can be picked up and delivered back to your property any day of the week, fresh linens are vital! Your laundry requirements can also include not ony bedding and towels but rugs, curtains, etc...

Meet and Greet full service, your guest will be met at your chalet/apartment by mjfactor, shown around your property, have everything explained to them and local resort information shared with them.

Lift Passes can be collected and delivered to the door for your guests (this is a FREE service)

Welcome packs can be made for your property, with written instruction for appliances, emergency phone numbers, contacts for restaurants and ski-school etc etc.

Contacting us via telephone for mjfactor could not be easier, our phone is manned everyday between 10am and 5pm Central European Time. We are always happy to answer any of your questions or queries. This service is available for you and your guests.

Mjfactor also offers all other types of property maintenance all year round, be it removing snow from driveways to mowing your lawns, anything and everything can be covered. With our local knowledge and contacts we will be happy to provide you with competitive quotes for any service you require.
