mjfactor - Prices

At mjfactor we pride ourselves on the fact that we are a professional company providing a much needed quality service within this area.

Our prices are reflective of the levels of service you will receive.

The prices on this page are just a guide line, each property is different as is the property location and mjfactor will visit your specific property to give you an accurate cost dependant on your needs.

Billing will be done on the same day of every month with a full breakdown of amounts.

Mjfactor and yourselves will agree a SET PRICE each week/month, any changes on your monthly bill will be stated clearly (These will only be personnel call out charges or any other specific service we have discussed).

At mjfactor we hold your key in a secure and safe lockup, free of charge! We then charge you based on your individual needs.

Cleaning is charged at an hourly rate.

Laundry is charged per person.

This price is calculated assuming that two sets of all linens and towels are provided per person.

Emergency Support

Should the unexpected happen then we are available 24hours 7days a week. This will incur an emergency call out fee.

Portes du Soleil Lift Passes

These can be arranged for you or your guests and be delivered to your accommodation before arrival. There is no charge for this service! Hampers can be tailor made to suit your budget and requirements so please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
