Always smart and professional, we can simply hand over the keys when your guests arrive or take them on a tour of your property explaining how everything works and arming them with local knowledge and answering any questions they may have. This is totally dependant on what you and your guests require.

On departure we can collect the keys and check your property for any damages or missing items. If a cash security deposit has been given, this will also be returned to the guest on check out. We would require notification 45min before you or your guest arrives into resort, this eliminates delays and confusion.
